What size brands do you work with?
I work with CPG brands from pre-launch through $50M ARR. My focus is on brands with subscription models or repeat purchase potential in vitamins, supplements, beauty, and clean food/beverage.
What's the typical engagement look like?
I offer two main services: a 4-month Pre-Launch Retention Foundation for brands preparing to launch, and an ongoing Fractional Retention Advisor retainer for established brands. All engagements are month-to-month, no long-term contracts.
Do you execute campaigns or just advise?
I audit and strategize, create the roadmap, testing strategies, and frameworks. Your team (or a junior marketer I can help train) executes. We can also use my assistant for “hands-on-keys” tasks. I review what's executed and provide ongoing guidance.
